Today I took my laptop out in the courtyard behind our dorm and wrote the paper I had to do for homework. It was actually quite relaxing.

Maybe this place isn't so bad.

I went home this weekend. I got in Friday around 8, had dinner and cake with my family since it was Hannah's birthday. I then went over to Marks and hung with that group. Had a little breakdown last night, that involved throwing my Poli Sci book, shouting, and a lot of crying. It was, of course, all about college and my ill-adjustment to this new lifestyle. Classes started today. I am way excited about my Poli Sci class, my professor seems way cool. I don't think my Philosophy profesor likes me too much, because he wouldn't let me finish my sentence so I just talked over him. Oh well, life goes on. People are starting to leave, which is making me realize that college isn't just something you talk about but rather it's actually going to happen. I'm really glad I'm not the first one to go, though, because I think I'd feel as if I was leaving a lot more than I actually am. Liz came down Friday, to kick it LA style for a couple days, and she just left. I'm glad she came down... I had an awesome time with her, and I think she had a pretty good time too, meeting all of the people I always talk about. Next, I'll have to visit her up in the Belmont. Or maybe ASU.
