race is complicated in DR, I don't really know how to explain it. but that post is a really good post for AfroLatino... There isn't really a race, its mixed black or white, but it's not like "I'm half black, half white" its a known concept that most people are mixed. I'm not too sure how to explain this. Try reading different forums, and googling the topic... or maybe someone else can answer it better, but definately try AfroLatino
