bullet time

I love the hell out of that movie! And it’s terrifying to think of you doing the intersection collision avoidance stuff in real life, even if it’s not as insane as the movie. Damn I want to try riding a fixed gear.

I wish the soundtrack of your city bicycling dance to be smooth trancy techno and hopefully not dubstep. For the bass drop would coincide with the sickening realization of oncoming doom in the second before a collision (close-up of pupils dilating in fear as time stands still), and then the slow-motion breaking windshield under crumpling body as the music crashes back in. Clarification: I don't run reds and don't do that bailing out to a sidewalk stuff that he does. A courier evading to a sidewalk is some rookie ass bullshit, I tell you what.

All the same, between double parkers, jaywalkers and right hooks there's plenty of opportunities to trigger bullet time on my rides.

My traffic sense soundtrack is probably more like turntablism ... Rhythmic beats matching the tempo of my legs pedaling with a 'wiki-wiki-scratch' whenever I need to improvise an out.
