I fell off the wagon yesterday evening.

(Well, dramatically put. Mostly, I violated the rules of my diet.) I was at the end of my Break Week ("because we musn't allow your body to grow used to only 500 cal. a day"), which meant I could eat a 500 cal. dinner (give or take) without carbs for seven days. Ah, diet. We could do sort of a joint diet, because I need to too.

What is it with nutritionists giving out 500cal diets? That can't be healthy. When I did diet I ate based on the glycaemic index and I ate however much I wanted and lost two pounds a week.
And then I went on vacation to America. >.>

Of course it's not healthy, but neither was the way I ate before. It's sort of like crash-coursing your body and then trying to work to a more balanced kind of diet.

Heh. Sure. Though I'm already five weeks in and only need two or three weeks still, so... It's more about keeping on the wagon after that, maybe. Keep eating healthy.
