He doesn't seem lost, so to speak, but more as if he's just taking a leisurely look around as he attempts to familiarize himself with the new location. Eventually, he comes to a halt at the crossroads near house 27, opening the journal in the hope of finding a map.]

[As Buffy walks through the village, she sees Raven. She has to stop, blink a few times, look over her shoulder, shake her head and stare some more before she manages to even believe what she's seeing.
