Day 08: Favourite Minor Character
Suzie Costello
This might be cheating a little, but I loved Suzie. It drives me crazy that the show never really explains how she came to work for Torchwood, or what drove her to do the things that she did. Like Ianto, she has all these layers they never unpeeled, which makes her fascinating. She was only in two episodes, but she was such a force, and it makes me a little sad she didn't stick around for more. I generally don't like Torchwood minor characters. I feel like they take away from the regular cast, and just end up with a lot of wasted time where Jack and Gwen chat with them. Suzie had a purpose, and she was interesting.
