Thank so much! I'm glad (and a little surprised, I'll admit) that the writing in particular has gotten compliments, because I was worried about that. I had very little time to go over the actual words.

So well written! I'm left wondering....about the offspring of two suicidal parents....what do they bring to this doomed ship. Nice.

oh wow. this is very vivid and the language is perfect - there's a very strong sense of london's (and everyone else's) faith, and their belief in earth and the four generations reads like a codified religion. the ethics lesson is horrifying, tho, using lobotomized men and women to fertilize and incubate babies. contemporary ethics would call it UNethical, but it gives a good sense of how these people have learned to think, and what's important to them and what's not.
