I have a favor to ask of you guys:

If you've got a middle schooler or high schooler you can point the direction of this journal, I'd love to get responses to the following questions. If you don't, but you're in school yourself, I could also use your responses. This is for my own class. Anonymous answers are fine.

I remember being assigned a report in third or fourth grade on Galileo. Yeah, it totally would have helped if I had known how to do a research paper.

Would you mind putting this into a google form that they can fill out? I'd rather not point them at livejournal, and know I'd get a better completion rate from my students if there were radio buttons for some of the questions (10, 13, 14).

From my experience, you're not likely to get meaningful responses from students younger than 8th grade due to the reading level and open-ended nature of the questions. I know you're trying not to prompt certain answers, but a little more scaffolding would really help younger students.
