Was this the guy on the plane recently, who only managed to burn himself and the passenger who jumped him?

It is a tough situation for the terrorists. Bombing buses and trains takes out a lot of people, but it is pretty damned hard to take out a building and make another lasting impression with a bus or train. So they keep trying with planes.
