how to use "quotation marks"

So there's this dealy slowly making the lj rounds. I guess it's called a "meme." Putting that word in quotation marks makes me look eighty years old, but in fact I have no idea what it means or where it comes from. I am under the impression that they are considered kind of lame, because people often title their entries things like, "Sorry for the ( Read more... )

You still should, is what you mean. Because the terms of our deal were that you were to make something specifically for me, and your latest e-mail makes me suspect that this was not the case in re: "Ukelele Lady."

Didn't you have a conversation with Casey one time about how you liked each other's singing because you were both equally bad? In any case, you're good in the recording. You should post it to lj somehow.
