10-minute existential art game I only learned about yesterday, and greatly enjoyed: Every day the same dream. It was made in about 6 days for the Experimental Gameplay Project.

Author comments:

i just played it. maybe not 5 minutes but 10 minutes. very nice game. very creepy. i felt really creeped out at the end.

yea, i took around 10 minutes, but i wasn't sure whether or not it was because i initially didn't know there was an end state. edited!

the end really creeped me out too. use of music ftw!

that's really interesting, thanks for the links. i don't have a VPN right now, so i can't access the border house blog post, but it seemed to me that the creator's explanation in the first link was pretty meh. i appreciate that he's willing to engage on the issue, but i think it's very sad that any deviation from white/male/straight/middle-class/etc. is seen as necessarily making some sort of STATEMENT. then again, that's hardly his fault.

hm, yea, i don't know. i'm gonna run to macau and then hopefully get a look at the border house post and have something more coherent to say.
