Drink lots of water, get lots of rest, eat foods with good nutrition, try to minimize stress as much as you can. A healthy immune system is even more important than sanitizing sometimes, because it's impossible to sanitize everything.

We are eating more veggies and fruit with vitamin C and we are drinking water even my mom (she hates water) I am going to relax reading. And my son doesn´t really know what is going on. So it´s ok.

Thank you so much. We are not in "danger" (we live in Guadalajara the big problem is in Mexico city) but still I get uncomfortable knowing something like that it´s out. I am watching the news and keep up with the situation. I just keep asking God nothing happen to the people in general and if is possible the people sick to get better.
