Did you speak at all in the video? If not, could you not just cut the audio out? Or export it into a separate track and cut out all the breathing?

yeah, I debated that before hand, and then play an MP3, but I prefer to talk to give commentary while working.

Well, you could always do it movie commentary style on a separate audio track, but I guess it depends on how much time you want to invest on each video :)
