Okay, I am through waiting. If Jeremy isn't going to brag on himself, I will. He ran his first race this past Saturday! He ran a 5K and finished in 29 minutes, 10 seconds. That was better than his goal and he was not, as he feared, the last one to finish! Yay Jeremy!!!!

that's so cool! congrats, jeremy! way better than what i would do, i'm sure (i'd run in a few days later i think!)... so you ready to do the marathon next year? :)

I am really impressed with anyone who can run a mile without having to stop and catch his breath.

p.s.- how much is a "K" for those of us who stubbornly refuse to understand the metric system?
