My favorite thing about the 4th is the fireworks. Since we moved to Algonquin we would go down to the Fox River and watch them shoot them off, wait, that was for Founder's Day. What boat? Shotgun is in Texas with us. The people who owned the slipped upped the price so my dad decided to save money and ship the boat down here. We will have to find another Founder's Day tradition? Hope your trip is going well. Miss you, love.
