Not only does the floor weight increase with every drop, but gravity would pull it down stronger causing the domino effect.

That still doesn't explain the billowing of the smoke, the fall of the tower. I don't care.

Jet fuel lights on fire... Catches other things, that's a lot of shit burning.

Also, it's not that they axed a whole level of support, they took off part of it, causing uneven stability, as in, one side is weaker than the rest, and consequently falls at a different speed, etc.
