pterosaurs are a blessing from the lord
this is basically the story of what happened when I went to the east coast (baltimore, providence and places in between) a few weeks ago. some guest drawing by kissenliebe.
on to pokejunk. in playing platinum, I played "ICly" with this original poke-verse character, caleb. he's a priss and a know-it-all, and has a pikachu among others in his original canon.
he/I used a sneasel/weavile by the name of tira which proved most helpful.
and a laturn named griffith and a gardevoir named kura, the only two males of the team. I like gardevoir, as strange as they are
I'm also fond of kadabra. I've seen people draw the brown parts as hard exoskeletons or even clothing, but I prefer fur. they seem like little psychic aardvarks to me.
my love of clefairy comes from one time teaching a male one named alexander both toxic and psychic and taking him to the end of the game. what a mofo.
I've always liked magmar and I'm finally using one in-game. I'm thinking of it from a platypus angle, thus the sprawled legs and mixed mammal and reptile features. also, magmar is on fire.
there's a point when I'm just trying to draw them too realistic. this is crobat, freaky six limbed bat.
togepi/togetic/togekiss = mammalian birds? eh.
mr. kappei yamaguchi is a guest at sakuracon, so I drew him a picture. it's kind of rushed, but at least I'm clever. he voiced a chimchar in the mystery dungeon 2 special. how appropriate is that?
