This sums up my political views quite well, and the views of most Libertarians and freedom-loving Americans who remember the "We the people" part of our founding...
I love how now it's time to do something AFTER the damage has been done and passed on to someone else than when it was being done, since these people didn't say a fucking word during the Bush administration. Most of the people I've spoken to on both sides that are upset about the economy just say 'taxes' and don't seem to understand why they should be angry about it, and think the blame is solely on the current administration, like they'd run the country's economy into the ground since Janurary. Being upset about the future I can understand, but not laying the blame of a former administration on the shoulders of someone else

Point of fact: a LOT of us, including talk-show hosts like Glenn Beck, WERE raising hell about this under Bush, and don't forget the hell we raised about the amnesty bill under Bush that got it shut down.
Oh, I know. I don't mean people who are normally politically active, because those people do their shit no matter what; they're truer patriots in my eyes than people that only start to chant and wave when someone tells them they should
