so, i just drove from valpo to LA. i left valpo at 3 PM saturday, and pulled up in front of my apartment at 5 AM monday (PST), for a total of 40 hrs on the trip (meaning i did it in a maaaajor hurry). of all the delightful things to stop and see across this great continent of ours, i only touristed at Iowa City so i could scout out what it would be like to go to school at Iowa and have a cow. =).
