Hello to part two. This actually has the lengthy discussion of characters and character development. This will not cover every character shown. Bear with me, please. Part One
The trailer is so confusing! Haha, so many things happened, so many characters appeared, and, and, and...! Oh gosh, I'm just so excited right now. :DDD
Timeline seems to be skewed, so I think they're slightly modified, not unlike that of the Restoration Committee. But then again, Joshua makes mention of "This world is layered like ours" or paraphrase. Mostly paraphrase.
About Joshua... I think he isn't much of a troll this time. He's too introspective, which is probably why I can't think of him as anything but post-canon, simply because he cares so much. But yes, he's good at moving plot. Also, he's with Beat in one of the screens.
Rhyme, it looks like, is in 2nd District, inside the inn. The same place Aerith was, when she was talking to Goofy and Donald before they met up.
Yeah, though is there a chance that their world Joshua's referring to could be another separate world, much like how the FF cast originally game from Radiant Garden, their KH AU world?
I've sort of felt that Joshua cared from the very beginning, but the fact he's lacking pre-canon frustration in the trailer makes me think post-canon too. I think the lack of trolling may also be because Square doesn't want to show us that. Sort of like how all the promo material and instruction manual gave Joshua ~*mysterious*~ airs and then you get to him in game and it's like what is this troll doing here. Also OMG WHERE IS HE WITH BEAT AAAAAA
Fair enough! I wasn't sure, since I don't know most of the KH locations very well.
He cares, but I don't think he would have shown it properly until post-canon. And yes, that might be true. Lol. Like, don't spoil TWEWY for the kiddies~~~ IT'S IN THE MAGAZINE SCAN.
