Salsa Contest

I entered a salsa contest at work. I've never made salsa. There were 16 entries. I came in 5th. Not bad for a first time.

Apparently less than I made, because I have half of it left. Though some people have been dropping by my desk to take some home.

what was in it? i wish i knew what my former co-worker put in his, but his fresh made salsa was the best i'd ever had. it was hot, i loved it.
