Tomorrow really is huge: I'm taking the first part of the US Medical Licensing Exam. It's 7 or 8 hours of multiple choice questions on everything we've learned in the first 2 years of medical school, and my score will go a long way towards determining which residencies (hence specialties and careers and pay grades) are likely to consider me
