Career's...

Finding a career or rather deciding what type of education to persue is so hard...I've gone through programs at RRC and WTC and nothing really jumps out at me.

I'm so tired of being a call center monkey...I hate being on the phones but can't bring myself to "be a model employee" to get promoted off of them.

that's the issue with call centres and being stuck on the phones. I wish I could help you with what you want to do, but unfortunately, it's your decision, nobody else's.

Dude, pick up a trade! Learn useful life skills, get paid large amounts of money, and eventually retire early.

Frosty's right. The only thing that I would bank on is that there will always be a need for people who can make things. In the process, learn life skills. Learning doesn't just occur in classrooms. Sometimes the greatest amount of learning come from the people you get to know. :)

ya I can't really picture myself doing something dirty and requires testosterone. That said, it may be worth looking into nonetheless.

i take comfort in the fact that you and I are by no means alone. I hate what I do, but I don't know what else to do with myself.

it's hard to not lose sight of the fact that I (and you too!) are capable of doing so much more with our professional lives.

i'm sure it will show it's face someday :)

I actually am going to be kinda sorta in a small way following a passion. I'm hoping going to Precurssor Productions in the spring or summer to learn how to produce music. It's always been a dream of mine to compose and I'm finally taking my first few steps towards it :)

Regarding the travelling, remember I spent almost 3 years travelling around on the cruises so I've done a lot of travelling, seen a lot, lived a lot...that said, I'd love to do more. And More. And more. I had some brief thoughts about getting into tourism, that may be interesting.
