I thought July 12 was the worst day of my life. I was wrong.
Every day since then has been worse than the last.
Someone told me not so long ago that "you can't always get what you want." They were right. I wanted to live.

Good Things: I recorded my first song today. It was a little rough and the guitar sounds kind of weak, but at least I felt like I accomplished something. I finished my first week of outpatient therapy. Not nearly as bad as I anticipated, though I suppose after the hospital stay it's just a relief to be getting care somewhere that lets me get some fresh air and go home at the end of the session.
