we're finally getting to the point where we can create john's pepper blend. last night three 'super chili's and two banana peppers went into the dehydrator. more peppers are waiting in the vegetable garden, and perhaps we'll be throwing some anchos into the mix. I am so thankful for this machine! it would be cool if we had a good spot to air-

sure! we could make a big ol' cucumber salad. do you have any mint? ours got peed on by the dog pack. cuke soup would be nice and chillllll :)
