So I bought the new Ani CD, which is better then I expected, although rather depressing. In the booklet, it says "dedicated to the memory of dante americo difranco." After looking it up, I found that Dante was her father and that he died last year of "natural causes." The result is one of the deepest, most depressing records she's released.
