"Naminé!" Kairi opened the door to their home, armful of paper flowers from some time spent with Alice. She waited a few moments, and hearing no response, tiptoed to the secret room she had been hiding. Perhaps "hiding" and "secret" were a bit of an exaggeration. All she had done was pushed a chair in front of the door, to hopefully deter Naminé from entering before it was ready. She slipped inside the room, opening the shades over the windows and letting light flood into the room. She had been moving things in piece by piece with the help of the locals whenever she thought she could get away with it. It was all ready now, she thought to herself as she moved things about on the drawing table.
The paper flowers were dropped into an empty vase at the end of the table, soaking up the sunlight and almost glowing. Art supplies were stocked on shelves, books of paper waiting to be filled. She smiled to herself, straightening things one last time before slipping back out. There was nothing left to do but wait.
