I feel lost, sad, depressed, empty, devastated, in mourning, hurt, betrayed, shattered, crushed, cold, shocked and any other word that can be used to describe this feeling I have of getting my heart ripped out and stomped on.

any time you need to talk ill do my best to get to the phone, in the case im working or at practice. any other time im always here for you. it helps a little to get all your feelings out, i know that for a fact. so if you need someone to talk to you can call anytime, you know that. and dont feel like youre bugging me cause youre not, you got a lot on your mind and venting it is always better than stewing in it.
Shelley you're an awesome person that didnt deserve what happened to you.
just know im here and that i care.

Thank you so much for being there for me, I really do appreciate it. And I will probably call soon. Still not dealing with it too well. And sorry I didn't call you back when I was in Orlando, ended up not feeling like doing anything. Go figure.
