"shut up loki"
Coming back from the dead to spaz about the new Thor movie ughhh
- how many times am i supposed to cry over tom hiddleston’s face and i hat e him i hate loki and these emotions
- they fridged frigga for LOKI MANPAIN RRRR!!!! no no nono there has to be some other way to get loki to ~help~ other than killing the only person who loves him unconditionally and whom he loves in return becaUSE DAMMIT THAT WHOLE “if he’s not your father, then am i not your mother?” line effectively reduced my hp to 0
- thor seeing through loki’s illusions and broken loki on the floor, his cell reduced to ruins, and his eyes red ughhh “did she suffer?” I AM SUFFERING RIGHT NOW EVEN TODAY
- and when loki ~dies~ in his brother’s arms and just whispers “i’m sorry” in a panic! you’re a fool thor!!! you fool!!! i say as i cry uncontrollably
- can we talk about how awesome frigga’s ninja fighting skills are. like malekith doesn’t seem to have exceptional fighting prowess, he just lets kurse do it for him. she could have killed him, yeah. and the magic!! and then when loki fights later we see his style so similar to her and i cried again
- now about asgard. they have missiles. and flying fighter viking boats. and force fields over the palace. amazing
- THE SIF VS JANE THING. i.. don’t know. idk what to think man, i’d rather they not have this rivalry. or if they were going to do it, at least get it right!!! and don’t let sif disappear somewhere in the middle of the movie and never come back!! there’s so much potential between sif and jane, they’re both awesome women and i’d love for them to be friends. sigh.
- too little warriors three (hogun disappears like 10 mins to the movie LOL WTF); too much loki mouthing off (how many times did thor say “shut up loki!” we’ll never know). although i liked it a bit because it’s like they were brothers again and loki’s the annoying kid who wouldn’t stop talking
- another thing with jane, i loved the science!! and i loved how curious she is about everything!! jane is very precious, and i like how she’s trying to move on from that guy she met two years ago and never called back haha. i thought she’d bond with the aether though, maybe somehow control it inside her… that would’ve been interesting
- the aether looks like some real cool bloodbending
- somebody stuff a gag over loki’s mouth that guy never stops talking
- one thing i like about the marvel movies is how the danger is always contained in a place, like new mexico or new york or london. not world-wide phenomena, just your average coincidence for the week! no complete destruction of cities like in man of steel haha. this movie, the only real casualty is this library in london. the people in the glass tower thing don’t even know what’s happening. THE TRAINS ARE STILL MOVING??
- while i like the humor in iron man 3 better and the last fight scene with malekith was v comedic, it’s still an incredibly fun, funny movie
- can’t believe i wrote all that stuff and not mention HEIMDALL TAKES HIS HELMET OFF
- what is the deal with the ending though???? what’s happening??? what did you do loki aurghhh
- last but not the least THAT FRAKING CAPTAIN AMERICA CAMEO GOD DAMMIT??!! THAT WAS JUST CHRIS EVANS VISITING THE SET AND FOOLING AROUND AND FEELING THE ~~RIGHTEOUSNESS~~ IN HIS TIGHT PANTS
