My answer: Without the Beatles or other bands from that era (the Rolling Stones, the Who, Cream, etc...), hardly any of today's music would be around. The 60's and the 70's made rock n roll what it is today (I don't find the current popular stuff all that good, but we'll leave it at that). Oh, and...you need to have a talk with Kenny. He claims that the Rolling Stones and Lynard Skynard aren't "real music."
