Sending out a meeting invite at 6:00pm for a 6:30pm meeting is not a good thing. And everyone accepted in 5 minutes.

And then there's a part of me that remembers that this was fairly common a year ago.

And believe it or not, we aren't a start up. Oh well, better go read the RFP estimates. :(

They called me at 0730 for a 0800 meeting. "Can you make it?" "Uh... it's a 45 minute drive from Mount Laurel to Fort Dix, and I'm not even wearing any pants yet, sooooo... no. Sorry."

It could be worse. At 6:25 the most important person who needs to be present at that meeting could disappear and not show up again until tomorrow...
