I starting crying when Ed and Al came in the house at night. The thing I don't like is that they are telling the story really fast so you don't get too attached to the characters.

And I don't remember the chimera talking as much when it happened in FMA.

Maybe they figure a lot of the viewers are already familiar with those characters.

She did talk a bit, she said "Ed" and brother or something like that and, I'm not so sure about this one, "play with me" or "play".
That was in the first version of the anime, I don't know about the manga, though.

Yeah, we were talking about that with my brother because they are telling the story way too fast. If I were watching the anime for the first, believe me, I wouldn't understand a thing :P
