I don't actually think it's a good idea for me to be posting right now, as my current mood is demanding that I rant about the flaws of Stephenie Meyer's writing and characters. Grrr.
Yeah...I was all ready to give those books a try and now I'm feeling like I shouldn't even bother...it would probably just depress me that someone with that many characterization flaws would be published and insanely popular >B(
They're nice little fluff books, but obviously don't stand up to serious scrutiny. The first one, like Elise said, is worth reading, but it's hard to stop there once you've started.
