Yeah, my whole family watched them too. That was the only time I could watch, except for the daytime reruns on Lifetime. I was too scared.

ontd_t FTW!

SHUT THE FUCK UP! Rescue 911 was, like, my favorite show in the world when I was little. Srsly. I was scared of the toilet for a while after seeing the one where the little girl flushed her foot and god it stuck. LOL But then I saw the one where the little boy(girl?)fell into his family's backyard pool and drowned......and died. Then I just couldn't watch it anymore. It was traumatizing.

I know for a while they showed reruns on Discovery Health but I could never seem to catch them. I was always gone or something. I wonder if they still do?

And yah, no face. SCARY!

no wai! yeah, i LOVED it. my mom thought it was funny that it was my favorite show ever. but then again my favorite music video was "been caught stealing" from jane's addiction and my favorite movie was edward scissorhands, so i guess i had ~mature~ taste.

OMG I REMEMBER THE FOOT ONE!! I love how even though i was really little, i still knew how bad/cheesy the re-enactments were. and then the "after" where they would show the family walking through a park or something.

YES! My family thought I was a bit ~peculiar~. I loved Rescue 911, Unsolved Mysteries, all the crazy shit a little girl shouldn't be into. But GTFO with "Been Caught Stealing"! I loved that video too! I think it was just the part where the woman sticks the pineapple up her dress. That always struck me as rly funny. I am thinking of the right video, right?

Anywayz....I never noticed the re-enactments were bad until I saw the reruns. But I did always notice/think it was funny how the actors in the re-enactments looked nothing like the people in real life. They'd have this blonde model playing the mother, and then they'd cut to the real woman who was some 400 pound hillbilly. It was spectacular.
