Laptop is back!!

Hi, everyone! I was having issues with my laptop and had to take it in to get it fixed last week - and I got it back today!

The guy who worked on it had to do a "Factory Restore" on it (but managed to preserve my pictures and Word documents, thank goodness) but it hasn't taken me long to fix my laptop back up the way I like it! :)

Hooray! When my son's laptop went back for a factory restore they weren't able to save things.
