Ok, I went to the Grey Nuns Hospital pre-admissions clinic today.
It went better than expected. We got there for my 1 o'clock appt 20 mins early, and were back in the car by 3! We (BL and I) were expecting to be there till about 4.

Hang in there, bud. I'm totally jealous of your hysto, but I can tell you that the first time you look down at your bare chest and there is nothing protruding, you'll feel like a million bucks and all the anxiety you're experiencing now will have been well worth it!

Yeah, I know it will be ok.
Jake, your hysterectomy will be soon, and everything will be ok.
As for the nice flat chest I'm dreaming of having in Feb, ooooh I can hardly WAIT to not have to pull on this binder anymore!
I can't do that after Wednesday anyway, becuase frankly, the whole process would probably blow open my gut.
