I've had money problems in the past (and by "past" I mean "right now") and they SUCK. I just want you to know that I'm thinking of you a lot and hoping for said miracle. You and BL and the kids are deserving of a happy, permanent home, and I blame the financial institutions for not helping someone as family-oriented and as work-dedicated and as totally effin' determined as you to get one.

That doesn't make sense, the mobile home thing. Find a new broker. You're giving THEM business, they'd better work for it!

It's because mobile homes don't appreciate, they depreciate, and because there isn't any value (land) in them.
