Issack had not left the pilot more then once, and that was when he had to fix some things in the kitchen. So it was with cursing he heard the pilot's cries as he was his way back down. So with another curse he shot down and to the man's side. "Hey," he said calmly in his deep accented voice. "Don't move, okay? I'll give you some sedatives." he held up a cup with a straw he had found in the kitchens. "Its some strawberry juice mixed with painkillers.I assume you don't have much appetite, so I thought it was the best. Sorry for the headache, chlorophorm hits hard after, sadly."

Having seen to Donna, tried and failed to track down the Doctor, received news from the other two teams and heard nothing at all from anyone who'd been to see the pilot, Jack had got tired of waiting and trying (and failing) to sleep, and had come down to see what was going on and if he could be any use ( ... )

"Good butcher is more like it," he muttered sullenly. His voice carried a distinctive London accent, even through the damage of the smoke inhalation. He nevertheless accepted the drink, sipping at it thirstily. After several laboured swallows, he coughed a bit and lowered the drink. He looked at the two men with a combination of fear and wariness, his eyes darting back and forth between them.

"Has there been any word? From my bosses, I mean?" He paused, seeming not to be sure how to carry on, "I'm sure this is all just some sort of... mistake, or something."

"I think the radio was broken in the crash. I was a bit to occupied to save you then the dead guy and the radio." he said roughly, not acknowledge Jack at first. He felt the man's forehead, and smiled a bit. "You are not running a fever any more, and that is good. I know you hurt, but unless you get an infection, I think you will pull through fine." He lifted the blanket. "I need to change the bandage, but I managed to track up a injection needle, and I managed to make some tranquilizer. Its not much, but it will keep your leg from hurting too much." he spoke in a gentle tone.

Finally he looked up at Jack. "It was a rough operation, but it saved his life. By the looks of it, he will pull through, but I would be careful.Hello by the way..." he looked tired.
