Okay, having been in my accident two years ago, it was really hard reading the safety stories of people surviving crashes... BUT... that said, wow. I am impressed with how it holds up to both side and frontal impacts. That speaks volumes to me :D Now I just have to see if it will fit "all my stuff" as I like to put it. I liked my VW for the space, but if the Smart Car can carry it all, I may have to put it on my "Hmmm must look into" list of vehicles.
