I enjoyed The Replacement, and I definitely think it's worth reading, but the more I think about the story, the more it falls apart in ways I didn't really notice while reading. It's a book I think I'm going to remember less positively than I initially felt, but despite the caveat, I do think it's a strong debut for the author and does something different than the typical YA paranormal/dark faery story. I'll get up a proper review soon, I hope.
