Yes, feasted today. After dismembering the bird, slicing off the white meat for the family, I wound up standing by the carcass pulling off bit after juicy bit while folks circled the buffet. Only realized later I'd been emulating my crow icon.

Finished off this evening with a sturdy, but mild, mountain cheese.

I like cheese.

LOVE cheese! A Gorgonzola sauce on steak will make me weak at the knees. Asiago toasted into the top of a bagel is heaven. And I possess the most wonderful beer-cheese soup recipe. But when it comes to plain eatin', make it cheddar and make it sharp!

Grated Romano is like my salt. I get it from an old family market called, yes, Romano's.
