Yesterday was my last day of work. There's one more week, but I won't be there, because I'm going on vacation.
^_^
I admit, I was sad when I said good-bye to some of the little buggers. I'm going to miss Duckette and Darby, but they're going to be Camp Aids next year, and I can guarantee that at least one is going to be hired. Yay.
Alex liked the Sailor Moon drawing that I made for her. Christina was upset when I told her the story of how Kurama got ruined (I was inking him and some ink spilled on his face! NOOOOO), then told me I had to make another one. And she'd like it a lot if Hiei or Heie (however you spell it) was in the picture too. She's a yaoi fan. Yay. I told her that I'd draw the picture, and call her when it was done. She can drive, so she'll come pick it up, then probably come and drag me out to the mall like when we saw Pirates.
Speaking of Pirates, DISNEY! I am well aware of the fact that the movie was based on the ride. I can't wait to see Jack. And take lots of pictures with someone's camera, I don't care whose.
Mom says she's going to come on the Tower of Terror with me. Hah, I want to see that picture. I'm probably going to be grinning like a maniac in it again. I always seem to be grinning like a maniac in roller coaster pictures. Except for that time I went on the Kraken. It was my first really really big floorless roller coaster. I nearly cried because it went so high up, that was not a good picture...
I really really want to hear Dude Looks Like A Lady by Aerosmith on the Rock 'n Roller Coaster. I mean, hearing Dream On last time was awesome... but Dude Looks Like A Lady is like the yaoi theme song!
Get to go on Everest again. We better go on, at any rate. It was really cool. Could have been better, but I think they just hyped it up too much. It goes backwards. No loops or anything. One "big" drop, that isn't really that big at all. What I would have liked was a big drop backwards. But it's all just small drops. Last time we stood in the single rider line to go faster. I sat next to this guy, and he was like 'You been on this' and I was like 'No, but I'm looking foward to it.' He grinned at me, and asked 'Adrenaline junkie?'. I practically yelled 'Yes' back to him. Laughed my head off going backwards.
Space Mountain too. Zomg, I love that ride. I went on with the lights on once (not as exciting as you'd think it would be) so I know for a fact that I can keep my hands up for the whole ride. I nearly gave Erica and Catherine heart attacks because they sat behind me. xD
Dinosaur is another favorite. Our last picture with GS, almost the whole car had hoodies on, so we put our hoodies up and screamed when the carnotaur came out at us. Freaking hilarious picture. Get to hear Bill Nye! And see him on Ellen's World of Energy. I love Bill Nye! (I saw him every day in Chemistry when I looked at the periodic table of the elements closest to my desk- he was at the bottom).
Get to do all the other regulars again. Peter Pan, Winnie the Pooh, Haunted Mansion, Jungle Cruise, Soarin' (ZOMG- awesome ride), Mission Space (I've been on this ten times- seven times in one trip as soon as it came out), Stitch's Great Escape, Star Tours, Splash Mountain, Figment, Thunder Mountain Railroad and all the other stuff. xD I'm such a dork.
If you're ever going to go to Disney World, check out this site (
http://allearsnet.com/ ) it rocks. My mom found it. xD It's actually good!
I'm leaving on Monday morning. Oh man, I need to get up at like 4 am, because the limo is coming at 5. Flight is like, 7 in the morning, but security lines are going to be huge. Stupid terrorists.
