Went to Pride Parade today, very fun, got sunburn, magazine full of buff gay men, and a rainbow lei. After that I stopped by the new supercuts near our house and finally, with much trepidation, got a new haircut. Much to my joy, the two ladies in there were both white and spoke perfect english. Today I found out that they've raised all the prices on face painting. A lot. And no more people than usual were like, 'I'm not paying that!'. This defenetly warmed the capitalist furnace of my heart, as otherwise I would have done miserably. Every day is a success if you gouge unsuspecting tourists!
