Thank you for the recommendation! I read on there about how to use activated charcoal to whiten your teeth and have been trying it out! It came at the perfect time because I was just thinking about maybe getting some teeth whitening strips, but wasn't sure because I didn't want to chance my teeth becoming sensitive or damaging my gums.

You can use it to help with the itchiness of bug bites and poison ivy too! If you google "Crunchy Betty activated charcoal" both of those entries come up.
