Your social life will return once YOU return to feeling like you are in control. Try taking yoga lessons or something...something to calm you down. Being high-strung about shit wont make things any better.....at least it never worked for me.
Or, if all else fails, drive your car off a cliff, or set shit on fire. And if THAT doesnt work, try a really big hammer to smash something really small and fragile. ;)
