PREMISE

"The closest thing to Utopia we'll ever have": that is what everyone who has visited Crucen would say about the country and maybe they're right.
Aside from the occasional scuffle and scandal, Crucen is one of the most peaceful countries in N.O.N.E.. The crime rate is surprisingly low--although this could be credited to the small size of the country--and most of the people you will meet here are friendly and open to new experiences. Every morning is bright, never dull, and absolutely nothing can go wrong.
Or at least... That's what you think.
The year is 2249. The anual celebration of the 2163 restart is coming up so you have the day off from school, your job, whatever. You turn on the TV, watch the news, listen to DJ Romeo's newest announcement and then everything changes.
You're not exactly sure how it started, but all you know is that the ground is shaking and that there are people falling from the sky. People from other worlds are falling from the sky and suddenly you remember the legend of how the 2163 Restart started, and it doesn't seem like just a "fun myth" anymore.
It happened before, almost a century ago to your ancestors, and now it's happening to us.
--why, you ask?
Simple. Crucen is the center of this universe, and when that center becomes too crowded, strange things happen. Things change, laws change, people change and the only explanation your government--who promised to keep you safe--can tell you is something you don't quite understand about unexplained phenomenons and worm holes.
But not to worry! Those strange people that arrived from "different worlds"? They won't be detrimental to your life style--they'll just stay in the shelters until we decide if they'll be able to contribute to society, or to research. You can still have your perfect life in this country, and you won't have to worry about a single thing.
Remember: this is Crucen.
"The closest thing to Utopia we'll ever have."
We're not going to let that change for you.
Or for them.
THE CITIES
CentroCentro is located in the center of Crucen and is, for the most part, filled with skyscrapers and different businesses, buildings, and people. This city is mainly geared towards business and tourism, as the quantity of hotels, motels, and shopping centers outweighs the quantity of residences.
NorteNorte: where only the best of the best inhabit. Located to the north of Centro, Norte is the third largest city of Crucen, right after Sur. It is the place to be if you are rich and famous (emphasis on the "rich"), and the people here will not take second best.
SurThe second largest city of Crucen, right after Oeste. Sur is what some people would call the "ghetto", seeing as how most corners are filled with colorful graffiti and rather shady looking citizens.
EsteThe smallest city in Crucen. Este is mediocre. Not too shabby, but not anything exceptional--it is just middle class. The civilians in this sector are nice however, and new arrivals are always welcomed by the homely feeling that seems to inhabit Este.
OesteOeste is the biggest city in Crucen, and thus the most inhabited one. Much like Este, Oeste is mediocre in comparison to the other sectors. Oeste however, has a large quantity of shops and stores along with restaurants and other places to entertain oneself.

Crucen
Crucen is the capital country of N.O.N.E., as well as the most advanced country in the world since the 2163 Restart despite its incredibly small size. It is divided into five cities: Centro, Norte, Sur, Este and Oeste.
F.A.R.T Channel 9
F.A.R.T. Channel 9 is a channel that provides fast news updates 24/7, and one of the most viewed news channels in Crucen and the areas around it. This channel is perhaps most recognized for its star anchorwoman from 3PM to 9PM, Luca Hyde.

Node Cards
Node Cards are small palm sized plastic cards in which all of your Nodes (N.O.N.E.'s currency) are stored. Every time you get paid the Nodes you received go into your card automatically, and every time you pay for something the respective amount of Nodes gets subtracted from your Node Card. The amount of Nodes you currently have is displayed on the front of your card, and the currency symbol for Nodes is ☊. OU characters will get their own Node Card upon arriving with ☊1000 stored inside.
PORTable
The PORTable is a computer, cellphone, mp3 player, PDA and hand-held crammed into one small manageable palm sized device. It comes in different colors, shapes and sizes, and it can be found for the low price of ☊700 at your local electronics store. It also comes with an earpiece that can be used to automatically translate everything the person you are talking to says in your own language. Upon arriving, OU characters will receive a slightly beat up and out dated PORTable.
Shelters
The shelters are where all OU characters that arrive are housed. All three shelters are super resistant to natural disasters as they were designed for such purposes, and they are all located in a far off corner of their respective city.
