Well, well well. Of all people to run into, Kariya never thought that he'd run into the elusive Conductor. However -- peoplespotting on top of Sur's skyscrapers allowed him to pick up on all sorts really. Hardly a Pork City type of swelling of thoughts -- but thoughts nonetheless. and my my, things were changing.

The air almost had an edge to it.
Picking up a certain vibe though; it only took a small amount of concentration before he materialised in front of the other, an eyebrow raising and the lollipop being pulled from his mouth and held to the side as he spoke.

"My my. Thought you'd never leave your hidey-hole. "

Megumi was able to pick up on Kariya's Vibe quickly, expecting the other's materialization. His hands were positioned behind his back, his lip curled in a hint of a smirk. As always, his shades were unyielding to the miscible amount of light filtering in through the cloud-cover.

"I enjoy solitude, you're aware of this. But I suppose that getting away from the chattering of that device they gave us and the all-too-dull walls of the room assigned to me is..." Laughter. "Healthy?"

The man tilted his head fractionally, gazing at Kariya. He, at least, voiced whenever he was bored out of his mind.

Shades, Shades, Shades. A man that covered his ears to the world, and his eyes. Better yet, kept his tone completely polite and completely benign. Never to lose his temper, never to show emotion.
See no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil. That was Megs alright. Not on the exterior, anyway. It wasn't like the O-pins mattered any more. and really -- he was more pissed off at himself for not seeing through that little ploy; but it wasn't important. Not now.

Looking off for the moment, the lollipop did a small circuit around his mouth -- before being held in the air again. "Don't like it? Punt it. Can't do much to save yourself from the dullness though. Its everywhere. In the walls, in the sky. In the people. Everywhere you look, theres dull, dull dull and more dull. "

Cracking a small smile, he moved the confection back into his mouth. " We're brightening up the place. Little rays of sunshine, thats what we are. "

Megumi adjusted his shades once again, his gaze fixed on the Harrier Reaper.

"Compared to Shibuya, this place certainly is... dull. A utopia, that's what they call this."

The Reaper then felt a sudden pang of regret, although he remained composed. If his plan had carried through, would Shibuya mirror the dullness of... this place?

"Little rays of sunshine. You're more suited for that. But there are those who burn brighter than we."
