After hearing about this "Oeste" place from one of the weird voices in his PORTable, Teddie had decided to head out. The shelter was getting boring, anyway. Not that Teddie knew where he was going or how to get back, or even how to replenish the Nodes on his card. He figured that he'd learn those little things later.

Teddie had slipped into the library a few moments ago, unsure of what to do with himself there. Inaba's library was much easier to figure out -- for one thing, it was noisier with students, not to mention that Yosuke was usually there with him.

He eyed one section. Astrology? As-ter-o-lo-gy. It didn't look familiar. Maybe that guy with the glasses would know.

The blond began with a tentative prod to the stranger's shoulder. "Hey," he said quietly, then continued while quickly toning down the volume of his voice further. "Do you know what aster-ology is? I guess I should whisper... it's so beary quiet in here."

He looked up when his shoulder was prodded, taken aback by the sudden interruption and even more startled to see that the other was just a child. One look at the earnest expression on the other's face though and Tieria faltered, choosing to answer the kid's question to cover it up. He tried to choose his words carefully.

'Astrology is the relationship between the planets and stars and human affairs,' he managed, adjusting his glasses on his face. 'And yes, you should.'

"Wow," Teddie whispered in reply. "Humans and the sky? In a relationship?"

The blond bit his thumbnail, pondering it for a moment.

"... Intense," he breathed, deciding not to leave.

His blank expression didn't waver. 'I... suppose,' he said, feeling a little bit awkward talking to this child.

'Was there something else?' He asked, when the other didn't move from the spot.
