So I signed off AND THEN I THOUGHT OF A QUESTION.

When someone does work out this "method" and uses it to get through to someone...does everyone become visible to that person? Or does that person just become visible to everyone?

They become visible to, and can see everyone else, of that particular floor! So if a Kepler can confirm themselves to a Suite, then all the Suites can see that Kepler and that Kepler can see all the Suites.
