Are you just looking for particular content, or does it only work if a particular method is used? i.e. If somebody tries something on the captain's sphere that fails, can everyone assume that the same thing still wouldn't work if it were posted to the main comm?

I'm afraid I can't say too much. :3 Content and method can both be a factor, though I would say the content is much more important; if the content is exactly the kind of thing that would get the captain's attention, the method won't matter. The captain will see it anyway.
